Hauling/Transportation:

We will be glad to pick up your horse(s) if you do not have any way of transporting your horse to our barn (ask us about our competitive rates). 

We will also transport your horse(s) to and from the trails or competions for a competitive rate.

 

 

Trail Rides:

We go on trail rides (when weather permitted) and we offer our boarders, friends and family to join us in this fun, exciting and relaxing journey. 

Places we go to our: Stone Mountain, Leatherwood, Uwharrie Natl Park, Yadkin River, etc... are just among some of the places we trail ride at.  So come on and join in on the fun and go with us, even if you don't have a horse, we may have one for you at an addional cost (just ask us).

 

Boarding:

We provide quality boarding for stalled or pasture horses.   Please email me or call me for boarding costs.

If you have 2 or more horses to board, then ask me about the special discount on the prices of each of them.

 

This includes:

  • pasture with pond
  • clean stalls (once daily) Monday thru Friday
  • fed grain daily
  • nice quality hay
  • fresh water daily
  • daily turn-outs (weather permitted)
  • dewormer (every 3 months) addl. cost
  • record of shots
  • administer supplements (no extra charge) you just provide them

Also, we have a excellent Veterinarian: Lexington Large Animal, Lexington, NC, he comes and takes care of all the needs for our horses here at our barn, but if you have your own, this is fine, just let me know. 

Care:

 Each stall is equipped with feed & hay troughs.  Lighting is provided in each breezeway with the access to running water and electrical plug-ins. 

Stalls are cleaned daily (M-F) and fresh pine shavings added when needed.

Feeding the horses are done once in the morning and once in the evening.  Hay is added through out the day and at night before the horses bed down. 

Each and every horse is checked before lights are out to ensure they are doing just fine and have no problems.  If for any reason, that something may go wrong, the situation is handled immediately, no waiting til morning and the owner and/or vet is called. 

Each horse is in a water proof stall to ensure none of them are getting wet or standing in water.  I guess you could say, I wouldn't want to stand in water, so why should these horses? 

A nice big tack room is provided for all your tack and accessories. 

Riding Facility: 

For your enjoyment, we have one round pen, one riding arena (outside). 

Lounging Area: (above)

We have a lounge area to rest your feet with a wood stove for the chillydays, a restroom and a refrigerator for your convenience.  Please keep the restroom clean!!!

We have several hitching posts to hitch your horse up too...

We have this also, you can groom your horse inside the barn in the cross ties or outside at the hitching posts.
